Hi, Nichelle. Thanks for your question. If you want to keep your tablets, we recommend saving them for when you’re traveling and are unable to access a water ionizer. However, hydrogen tablets don’t purify your water unlike our water ionizers do and can only be used with clean water. The hydrogen tablets add hydrogen to the water, and that’s all. The hydrogen from the tablets is not as good as the hydrogen from the ionizer since it lacks the other essential minerals present in our ionizers (ex. calcium, potassium). Plus, constantly buying hydrogen tablets isn’t as cost-effective as owning your own water ionizer at home. Our water ionizers do the job of filtering contaminants from your tap water and providing you with all the minerals and antioxidants you’ll need in each glass of water.
Also, many customers say that our ionized water tastes better than other kinds of water out there. If you want to add flavor to your water or use it for making tea and/or coffee, we recommend starting with clean-tasting water.

The goal of drinking alkaline water is for you to reach alkaline level 3, the highest level that you can drink. Before that, start with drinking alkaline level 1 water from weeks 1 to 4. It’s important to begin slowly to let your body gradually get accustomed to the healthy cleansing qualities of water at higher pH levels. Move on to level 2 once your body is used to level 1 during weeks 5 to 8. By week 9, you can switch to drinking level 3 and stay on that level indefinitely to help your body maintain its optimal pH level.
Generally, please be sure to drink the rest of your daily intake at the previous level and so on and so forth until your body fully adjusts to switching to healthier water. Please be sure to never drink acidic water or turbo water, as those are for external use only. Hi, Joel. Thanks for your question. The Tyent Water Ionizer works like this: the water goes through an electrolysis chamber to separate the alkaline water from the acidic water (pulls them apart and creates two streams). Acidic pH water comes out of one side and alkaline comes out of the other side (through tubes).
When you press the button to choose the type of water that you want, the long tube on the top dispenses the water of your choice, and the smaller tube is the runoff. The runoff is the opposite of the water that you choose. Some people save the runoff. For example, if you choose alkaline water to drink, then the runoff would be acidic. Acidic water is good for your skin and hair and to water your plants. I also use it to clean, especially for containers that hold onto soapy or food smells when they come out of the dishwasher. You can always test the pH with the drops that were sent in the box to make sure the pH is right (in a little bag with a small pH chart).
