Ha. For a minute there you glanced at the calendar and thought that there were only a handful of shopping days left until Christmas, right?
Oh wait. What?
Yep, Christmas Day is pretty much upon us and that means if you haven’t finished gift shopping yet, then you probably enjoy living on the edge a little. If you haven’t noticed, the bells are jingling; the lights are twinkling and the window for grabbing those fabulous gifts you still haven’t bought yet is closing fast.
But hey. Just because you waited until the last minute to find the perfect presents for everyone on your list does not mean that the quality of your gift-giving has to suffer.

Holiday stress already upon you?
Wondering how you’re going to juggle all those balls, cook all that food and buy all those gifts? Shopped ‘til you dropped? Can’t stand the heat in your own kitchen? Can’t remember the last time you sat down, never mind relaxed?
We’re here for you. Take 5 and read our guide to crushing your Holiday Stress before it crushes YOU.
1. Delegate & Accept Imperfection
Forget about whether someone is going to do things the right way; the way you’d do it, or ever vaguely competently – just hand over whatever jobs or chores you can. No one has ever died from a badly arranged bunch of flowers, or slightly crumpled laundry. …

Almost every holiday gathering has good food and drinks to enjoy with family and friends while catching up with each other. Let’s face it: sometimes…that’s the whole point of celebrating the holiday season.
Turkey and all the traditional side dishes and trimmings are nothing short of fabulous, but you know what else everyone just loves to eat during the holidays? Finger foods. Appetizers. Hors-d’oeuvres.
Whatever you call them, those little snacks that you hold delicately in one hand, chatting away with family and friends while the cooking aromas drift out of the kitchen, are irresistible.
Before Christmas, one of my young nephews was desperate (in the way that only a 7 year old boy at Christmas can be) for a particular toy.
A large number of painstakingly written letters and notes to Father Christmas that politely requested this small, brightly colored object were posted and stuffed up the chimney. On Christmas morning, amid shouts and whoops of happiness, came the most ecstatic one, as my nephew finally opened the toy of his dreams.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve can be a time of excess, with rich foods, candy and alcohol all being consumed in larger quantities than usual for many of us.
Rock a Mocktail!
So how about taking a healthier approach to at least one of these usual suspects? Instead of pouring another glass of wine, try one of our three delicious mocktails for a festive feel without the guilt!
Skip the Champagne and toast the season with a flute of sparkling grape juice with a little extra pizzazz!

Forget The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. This is far more serious, (and erm… real). The Christmas That Stole Your Energy needs fixing, and fast!
Partied Too Hearty?
It’s all too easy to run out of energy over the holidays. Social engagements, parties, excited kids (everywhere, more every time you look up, it seems), rich food and maybe a few glasses of wine more than you usually drink? It’s hard work having fun!
All of these things are energy thieves. And when you’re tired, it’s pretty easy to just throw yourself into the nearest armchair and watch It’s a Wonderful Life again/snooze it off/wait for the kids to grow up.

Sure you do! As we approach the holiday season, our thoughts turn to the wonderful dishes that we traditionally serve as part of the feast. Of course, the centerpiece of most tables is the turkey!
Just add Tyent Alkaline Water…
Now a roast turkey with all the trimmings is a thing of joy, but there’s a super easy chef’s trick that can make your turkey even more flavorsome and moist than ever before. You might even have heard about it – brining! That’s right, simply leaving your turkey to marinade in a solution of salt water can make a good turkey into a truly great one!

Something nice to do during the holiday season is hunkering down and watching a movie that uplifts you, tugs at your heartstrings or makes you laugh out loud.
Tyent on Film
And so it is with Tyent Water Ionizer videos. Have you checked any out recently? One or two are mini-works of art; others are hilarious and informative at the same time and some have jaw-dropping facts to amaze you with.
In the spirit of all of this, we wanted to share one of our current favorite videos, and take a closer look, to discover just why it has so much positive feedback.
First of all, even though it’s categorically not about Christmas …
