I’ll throw my cards on the table here. I absolutely love vegetables. The growing, the cooking and the eating of vegetables are all fine things to do, and although I’m not vegetarian, the majority of our family meals tend to be meat free. So far, so smug. Feel free to slap me with a slice of grilled eggplant, I can take it.
