Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS, with options for standard and expedited shipping. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international locations outside North America.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 2-7 business days
  • International (Canada & Mexico) Orders: 7-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Customers can also log into their accounts at any time to check the status of their order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are committed to assisting in any way possible to resolve the issue.

For damaged units, our Lifetime Guarantee applies. If your water ionizer system experiences performance issues, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you (excluding shipping), unless the damage is caused by accidental or intentional breakage.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. We do not provide estimates for these charges, as they vary by location.
