Exercise is an important part of maintaining one’s health. Research has shown that even moderate physical activity on a regular basis is good for us on numerous levels. I believe I am safe in saying that these star athletes know more than a little bit about exercising and the best way to hydrate, as well as the best water with which to do that. Most of us won’t ever experience a work-out routine that comes anywhere near what these professionals have.
