Water Reminders: Setting Up Tech Reminders to Drink More Water

Hydration is imperative to good health (we’re big proponents of hydration here at Tyent). Hydration via alkaline water is even better, because it hydrates your body faster due to the more-absorbable water molecule size.

In the hustle and bustle of a busy lifestyle, remembering to drink enough water can be difficult. Set up reminders on your smartphone and laptop to drink more water. It’s easy and quick to do with these tools. We included tools for both Android and iPhone, so no matter what gadget you have, your body will thank you.

Drink! lets you set audio and visual reminders to drink more water. You don’t have to have your phone nearby to get the reminders, which is excellent for time spent at work. (But we suggest still setting smartphone reminders for the weekends, when you aren’t as likely to be slaving away behind your desk.)
