2. Perform Daily Exercise
Having a healthy and balanced diet is always great when paired with a daily workout. Your body also needs to move to keep it going.
You can perform exercises that increase your heart rate and lung capacity to allow you to burn more stored fats. A simple 30-minute walking is already a good form of exercise.
3. Get More Sleep
Sleeping is the perfect time for your body to recharge. For this reason, quality and quantity of your sleep matter most.
Aim for at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night to achieve the quality of sleep you deserve. If you feel sleepy during the day, take a nap as it will help you re-energize to continue your day.

Doing things that make you happy is also an important factor in maintaining a healthy body. You need to take a break from work and go out and have fun from time to time.
