  • 14-30 years: 2,400 (active women), 1,800-2,000 (sedentary women), 2,800-3,200 (active men), and 2,000-2,600 (sedentary men)
  • over 30 years: 2,000-3,000 (active men and women) and 1,600-2,400 (sedentary men and women)

2. Perform Daily Exercise

Having a healthy and balanced diet is always great when paired with a daily workout. Your body also needs to move to keep it going.

You can perform exercises that increase your heart rate and lung capacity to allow you to burn more stored fats. A simple 30-minute walking is already a good form of exercise.
