Tyent USA Goes a Little Fruity Over Cool Summer Drinks

Stay Cool With Fruit Infused Tyent Water

Fruit drinks    That little cool front that passed through here last week had me thinking that maybe Fall was coming early this year.  However, since the heat-index has been hovering around 100 degrees this week, I may have been a little hasty in putting summertime to bed.

When it is hot we need to stay hydrated to keep from over heating and to keep our bodies functioning properly and water is the best way to do that.

There is no ordinary water you can drink that hydrates the body like Tyent Water.  Water created by Tyent’s ionized alkaline water purifiers is inexpensive, delicious, and virtually chemical free.

Now you can turn chemical laced tap water into safe, refreshing Tyent Water.  Replete with a host of healthy minerals and a pH above 7, Tyent Water is fast becoming the drink of choice for many top athletes and for those of us just wanting to drink healthy while reducing our proverbial carbon footprint on the world by not buying bottled water and sodas.

With all that in mind, the following cool and healthy drink recipes are just what the doctor ordered for a hot summer day.

Simple to create, delicious, and good for you, these fruit infused drinks are certain to become favorites you will enjoy year round.

Bear in mind this is not scientific or specific.  What fruit and flavors and how much to add or crush is totally up to you.  These recipes are merely to get you thinking outside the bottle.

 Fruits

Blueberries Strawberries and Mandarin Orange Water

Begin by filling your favorite pitcher with Tyent ionized alkaline water.

Peel, cut and squeeze (just a little) a few Mandarin oranges then add some somewhat smashed (to release the flavor) Blueberries and Strawberries to the water as well.  Sit the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours or make it the night before to have it ready to go in the morning.

If you don’t want wait that long, just add some ice to your pitcher or glass and enjoy immediately.

For a naturally sweeter drink that doesn’t contain any white sugar, you can add some local honey to any or all of these naturally healthy drinks.

The combination of flavors you can create is limited only by your imagination.

Here’s one that is flavorful and refreshing.  Use as much or little fruit and spices as your tastes dictate.

 Raspberry Rose & Vanilla Water

Place the Raspberries, Rose petals and a dash of Vanilla in a pitcher and muddle them a little to release the flavors.  Add ice and place in the fridge to chill.  Strain through cheesecloth or paper towels to remove solids.

Agua fresca is Spanish for fresh water and these fruit and veggie combinations are the perfect way to cool down on hot summer days while getting some healthy vitamins at the same time.

Kiwi Cucumber Agua Fresca

Take a half dozen Kiwis, feathers removed (kidding, use the fruit).

1 Cucumber peeled & seeded.

Honey to taste and 6 cups of water divided.

To Make

Place the kiwi, cucumber, honey and 2 cups of water in a blender and puree until smooth (3-4 minutes).

Transfer to a pitcher and stir in the remaining four cups of water.  Pour over ice and enjoy.

Simple, delicious and good for you, these recipes are just the tip of the ice cube when it comes to getting creative with healthy and fun, cool summer drinks.

Make up your own and enjoy!
