Tyent Answers Your Questions Regarding Ionized Alkaline Water (Version 2)

It is mid-week and the questions we receive here at Tyent show no signs of slowing down; if anything, they are speeding up. Every day, more people are realizing there is a healthy alternative to the chemical-laden tap water they are drinking at home.

Tyent Water can bring you peace of mind.
Tyent Water can bring you peace of mind.

With literally hundreds of chemicals in heavy doses existing in the water at home, it is no wonder that cleaner, safer water is on the minds of many.

While no commercial water ionizer can remove all those chemicals, Tyent’s ionized alkaline water machines have been tested at a State Approved water-testing laboratory and proved to reduce the presence of scores of those chemicals to below acceptable levels. Tyent filters remove over 200 contaminants and many were so reduced in the testing that their presence was practically nil.

Here is our question du jour.

Does Ionized Alkaline Water Kill Pepsin?

Okay…how many of you know what pepsin is, off the top of your head?  Probably not too many unless you are familiar with stomach enzymes. Here is the definition of pepsin:

Pepsin-noun – the chief enzyme that breaks down protein in the stomach.

Pepsin is a necessary digestive enzyme that is virtually benign until it is activated by hydrochloric acid in the stomach.  Once this interaction with stomach acid occurs, pepsin begins its work of breaking down most proteins into polypeptides.  You probably already knew that though.

So here is the answer.  No.  Ionized alkaline water does not kill pepsin inside the stomach or anywhere else.  As a matter of fact, ionized alkaline water doesn’t kill anything for sure except your thirst.

You have to realize that ionized alkaline water is not medicine, nor does it contain any dangerous added chemicals or any added chemicals at all (well, Tyent machines don’t).  It is extremely filtered water with natural minerals, has a higher pH factor than ordinary water, is ultra-hydrating and rich in antioxidants.

However, just because it isn’t medicinal doesn’t mean it has no health benefits.  Just ask the people who drink it. Back to the stomach for a moment. Many customers have reported great relief from such stomach disorders such as Acid Reflux Disease and heartburnAlso, those with dry skin maladies including Eczema and Psoriasis have reported wonderful results and relief.

While ionized alkaline water is not medicine, it can be of tremendous benefit with its natural abilities to hydrate the body at the cellular level. Let’s hear what Dr. Powell has to say about Tyent Water and cancer:
