Alkaline Water and Summer Exercise

Alkaline water helps you stay hydrated when exercising or doing physical activities, especially in the summertime when we tend to sweat more.  Alkaline water can also help reduce muscle fatigue during workouts.  Drinking Tyent Water before, during or after activities keeps you hydrated and also helps to counter the natural drop in pH that occurs during exercise.  Tyent Water is microclustered, which allows the cells of the body to absorb water quickly and more efficiently.
